Refund policy
We offer returns on a case-by-case basis.
Because our products are candles, we typically do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll 100% make it right.
To request a return or exchange, contact us at hello@inaraflame.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
If your return is approved, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions once your return is confirmed.
Note: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away at hello@inaraflame.ca so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used candles
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom products or personal care goods
- Flammable or hazardous items

Exchanges
Need something else? The fastest way is to place a new order after your return (if approved) has been processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the decision.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, email us at hello@inaraflame.ca.
